Referees

The Norwalk Soccer Club is in need of certified referees.  If you would like to become a certified referee, please contact the club president or the club's Referee Coordinator.

Referee classes and clinics are being scheduled online.  For people wanting to become referees, the web site to find classes is iowasoccer.org/referees/i-want-to-become-a-referee/.

You can get reimbursed for the annual recertification fees!  It is the policy of NSC to individually reimburse NSC affiliated and USSF certified referees annual re-certification fees.

Referee Match Pay and Reimbursement Policy

There are a number of Entry Level Referee clinics scheduled in the Des Moines area on a fairly regular basis.  If you do not feel confident enough to become a fully certified referee there are now Assistant Referee clinics that allow you to become an AR (sideline referee).
